We’re sorry, however, that the distance to the sanitary facilities from pitch 91 was inconvenient and that their cleanliness did not fully meet your expectations. Our cleaning teams pass through the facilities several times a day, and we’ll share your feedback with them to increase vigilance. Un grand merci pour votre superbe avis ! Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez tant apprécié notre parc, nos installations et votre hébergement. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez trouvé le gîte 164 calme et que sa situation près de la route ne vous ait pas vraiment gêné. Nous sommes également ravis d’apprendre que vous avez trouvé le petit tunnel pratique et sûr pour accéder à la piscine. C’est en effet un atout majeur, surtout pour les familles avec des enfants. Regarding the insects in the pools, despite our teams carrying out regular cleaning throughout the day, nature is very present in our green surroundings, especially during the summer. Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw feedback te delen. We zijn erg blij dat u de schoonheid van het domein en de vriendelijkheid van ons team heeft gewaardeerd; hun gastvrijheid en beschikbaarheid zijn aspecten waaraan wij veel belang hechten. Het spijt ons echter dat uw verblijf in het voorseizoen niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan. De dienstverlening en het animatieprogramma variëren namelijk per periode van het jaar, met een geleidelijke opbouw naarmate het hoogseizoen nadert. Wij begrijpen uw teleurstelling echter en nemen uw opmerkingen over de animatie en de eetgelegenheden tijdens deze periode ter harte. Wat betreft de veiligheid en het toezicht op de zwemzones, zien wij erop toe dat de geldende regels worden nageleefd en dat er voldoende personeel aanwezig is, afhankelijk van de openingstijden en de drukte. Wij betreuren het echter dat u deze aanwezigheid tijdens uw verblijf niet hebt ervaren. Wij danken u voor uw suggesties, die ons in staat stellen de ervaring voor onze vakantiegangers verder te verbeteren.
